Return & Refund Policy — Zindani Enterprises

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email samaltahami@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at samaltahami@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Email us as soon as possible.
