If you're not happy with your results within 30 days of delivery, email buyavlora@gmail.com with your order number and we'll issue a refund — even if the bottle is opened.
Returns of Opened Product
For health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be resold, so you do not need to ship opened bottles back. Just contact us to start your refund.
Unopened Product
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number — we'll send a free replacement or full refund, no return required.
Cancellations
