At Selvia, we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Times & Rates

• Standard Shipping (US): 5–8 business days — $4.99, or FREE on orders over $49
• Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when it's placed.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please allow 24–48 hours for it to update.

Delays
Carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods may occasionally extend delivery. We appreciate your patience — reach us anytime at buyavlora@gmail.com.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll do our best to help.
